Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Each order is shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress at every stage of the process.

We currently offer only standard free shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 business days for all orders.

Order Cancellation and Modification

Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request order modifications or cancellations. If changes are needed, contact our customer service team promptly at support@skyluxee.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request within this timeframe.

After the 24-hour period, orders may have already been processed and shipped, making modifications impossible. Skyluxee assumes no responsibility for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Thank you for your understanding.


Does Skyluxee Ship Internationally?

Yes, Skyluxee offers international shipping.

How to Track My Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification email. If you have not received this email, please contact us at support@skyluxee.com, and we will provide tracking information. You can also track your order through our tracking page.


Tracking Indicates Delivered, But Order Not Received

If the tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check with your neighbors or household members in case the package was mistakenly delivered to them.
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation email for accuracy.
  3. Contact the carrier directly to inquire about the delivery status and request proof of non-delivery.
  4. Send us the proof of non-delivery so we can immediately process a refund for your order.
