Returns and Refunds
You may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:

Defective Items: If the item you receive is defective or not functioning properly, provide a photo or video showing the issue within 14 days of receipt. Once we review the evidence, we will issue an immediate refund without requiring you to return the item.

Items Not Matching Description, Expectations, or No Longer Needed: If you wish to return an item that is not defective, contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate the return process. A full refund will be issued after we receive the goods in their original condition and packaging. You have an additional 14 days to return the goods once you notify us. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.

Promotional Items: The same refund rights apply to promotional items as to regular-priced items.
We reserve the right not to refund customers if the item is damaged due to self-repair attempts or repairs carried out by a third party.
Warranty Policy
- Manufacturer’s Warranty: Skyluxee offers a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling, such as dropping the product or deliberate misuse. Skyluxee will repair or replace the product at its own expense.
In the event of a defective product, Skyluxee will replace it with a new one. Refunds are not provided under the manufacturer’s warranty—only replacements or repairs.
